User Accounts & Registration

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cloutr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits or revenue
Loss of data or information
Business interruption
Loss of goodwill or reputation
Third-party actions or content
Service interruptions

Maximum Liability:

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
